1. General Terms  
   - This website is operated by GeoLucky for SFN, a company dedicated to providing tracking solutions.  
   - These Terms apply to all purchases and interactions with gpslucky.com/bulgaria/.

2. Product Purchase  
   - The GPS Tracker is available for 79 BGN, payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt.  
   - Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered via Speedy or Econt in Bulgaria.  
   - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability or suspected fraud.

3. Returns and Refunds  
   - You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if unused and in original packaging.  
   - Contact us at the number present in the package to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

4. Liability
   - We are not responsible for misuse of the GPS Tracker or loss of tracked items.  
   - The product is provided “as is,” with a warranty limited to manufacturing defects.

5. Changes to Terms  
   - We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, effective immediately upon posting.

6. Governing Law  
   - These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved in Bulgarian courts.
